Social Media Coordinator(s):
As a Social Media Coordinator for Unity for Uplift, you will play a key role in enhancing our presence on TikTok and Instagram. Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and impactful content that aligns with our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and post at least two high-quality posts per month.
- Posts can be about upcoming events, such as drives to collect goods or fundraising initiatives, informational posts to raise awareness about healthcare insecurity in Pakistan and its current challenges, or can be about ways for supporters to get involved in Unity for Uplift’s cause.
- This list is not exhaustive, and we encourage creativity and new ideas to help spread awareness and connect with our audience. Your work will directly contribute to our mission of making a difference!
Project Coordinator(s):
As a Project Coordinator for Unity for Uplift, you will play a vital role in ensuring our resources and funds reach communities in Pakistan that need them most.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish partnerships with reputable organizations in Pakistan. This includes reaching out via email or other means of communication to coordinate the distribution of collected goods and funds effectively. Look for organizations that specifically require a certain good that we collect.
- Have at least 1 organization narrowed down by the end of each month.
- Both our collected goods and money do not have to go to this organization, either is fine. In addition all of our collected goods do not have to go to this organization, one type is fine.
Start a Donation Box
Do you believe in Unity for Uplift’s mission but feel you can’t commit the time to join our team? There’s another impactful way to get involved—start a donation box drive!
A donation box is a simple yet powerful tool to collect items that directly support our cause. These items will be packaged and distributed to communities in need across Pakistan. By organizing a drive, you can make a huge difference right where you are.
How it works
- Choose a Location: Place your donation box in a public area such as a school, library, place of worship, grocery store, or any other accessible spot in your community.
2. Get Creative: Decorate your box however you like! Just make sure to clearly label it with:
“Unity for Uplift (Item Name) Drive”
For example, “Unity for Uplift Book Drive” or “Unity for Uplift Clothing Drive.”
3. Provide a Box: Use any size or shape of box that suits your collection goals.
4. Cover Shipping Costs: Organizers are responsible for shipping the collected items to our designated location. Shipping costs vary depending on your location and may even be free in some cases.
